Our story
We're a small team based in Scotland. We started EcoMatter because we kept seeing the same thing: brilliant, passionate makers and independent brands struggling to keep up with the non-stop demands of social media, marketing copy, and day-to-day admin.
They'd try the big AI tools, but the output never sounded like them. It sounded like a robot — generic, bland, off-brand. And the tools themselves were built for marketers, not for someone who's also making the product, packing orders, and replying to customers all at once.
So we built the assistant we wished existed: one that actually learns your business, remembers your brand voice, and talks like a real person — not a template. One that fits in your pocket and helps with the stuff you never get round to.
